High Precision Centerless Grinding Machine Al Series

2) 3-axis CNC: Two-axis CNC dressing of the grinding wheel, which can perform precise grinding of multi-step products at one time, and CNC feed on the upper slide
3) It has the functions of automatic dressing of the grinding wheel and automatic compensation of the system
4) The main shaft is a dynamic pressure oil film bearing main shaft, which has powerful grinding, high precision and good stability
5) The adjustment wheel spindle drive motor adopts Taiwan Delta servo motor, and the speed is infinitely adjustable
6) All sliding surfaces, contact surfaces and guide rail surfaces adopt manual shoveling technology to ensure the high precision and long-term stability of the machine
The machine castings are strictly selected FC30 high-grade cast iron, and the aging treatment ensures that the basic components of the machine tool are not deformed.

Machine Description
1. Ontology
The body and components are made of Meehanite high-grade cast iron FC30 at one time, after manual normalization heat treatment, and then natural aging treatment for more than six months. The components are processed by YASDA, MITSUI SEIKI, TOSHIBA, ELB and other world-class equipment at one time. The precise size can reach the micron level to ensure the high precision of the equipment basic components.
2. Spindle system
The main shaft is made of SNCM-21H alloy steel, after quenching and tempering, carburizing heat treatment, and then computer-controlled cryogenic treatment, its surface hardness is above HRC-62°, and the unilateral effective hardening layer is above 1.5mm. 3. Adjusting wheel drive system
The adjustment wheel spindle drive motor adopts Taiwan Delta Servo Motor (YAS KAWA) Servo Motor. The speed control is 0~350rpm and is infinitely adjustable to achieve the best linear speed. When the outer diameter of the adjustment wheel changes, the same linear speed can still be maintained. The precision and smoothness of the processed workpiece are improved, and the best product can be polished.
The servo motor is cleverly designed and installed on the adjusting wheel box and directly driven by a synchronous belt. It can be tilted at the same time as the adjusting wheel during grinding to ensure that the two pulleys are always parallel. This overcomes the inertia loss and chain caused by the multi-section transmission of the old centerless grinder chain. The angle brings many adverse effects, and avoids the frequent replacement of chains and zipper springs.
4.Grinding wheel dressing
The cross-structure two-axis servo automatic dressing system is adopted, and the two-axis linkage interpolation sanding is realized through the numerical control system, and the forming and plunge grinding of the workpiece with taper and radian is realized. The sand repairing device adopts a dovetail groove purely manual shovel structure to ensure the accuracy and stability of the repairing device.
5. Spindle circulating oil system
Spindle automatic lubrication circulating oil (high-grade spindle oil 10#) and hydraulic trimming device are the same oil pump, separated oil tank, easy to clean and change oil, spindle circulating oil is filtered by two oil filter devices and equipped with pressure controller to ensure spindle life .
6. Numerical control system
It adopts the special edition CNC system of German Siemens 828D grinder, all Chinese interface, after the second development by Houtman, modular operation, man-machine interface, simple and easy to learn, no professional requirements for the operator, the interface is as shown in the figure:
