CNC Tangent Orbital Crankshaft Grinding Machine

(1) Machine bed

• The machine bed is an integral structure with a box layout of the internal stiffeners.
• High strength and low alloy inoculation cast iron is used, so that it has a high overall stiffness and strength. It meets the requirements of high efficiency and high precision equipment for foundation parts.
• The wide water tank is designed to ensure the smooth flow of water in the cooling water.

(2) Wheelhead, spindle system and feed structure

• Electric spindle is used in spindle system.
• The wheelhead spindle motor is controlled by the imported AC frequency converter and connected with the CNC system. Through the monitoring of the diameter of the grinding wheel by the CNC system, the grinding wheel is realized to be in a constant speed.
• The wheelhead feed system adopts linear motor to drive the wheelhead to feed.
• The guideway of the wheelhead adopts a closed static pressure guideway, which has good positioning accuracy, wear resistance, rigidity, low speed motion smoothness and aseismic behavior, so as to ensure the feed sensitivity and stability of the wheelhead.

(3) Worktable and its feed mechanism

• Single layer structure.
• The worktable feeding mechanism uses AC servo motor with a built-in high precision encoder to drive the ball screw directly and control the movement of the worktable.
• The guideway of worktable adopts hydraulic flat V sliding guideway made by special technology imported from LANDIS technology. The surface of the guideway is artificially scraped by deep knives, and the special guideway lubricants are adopted to make the worktable move smoothly and reliably.
• Imported ball screw.

(4) Headstock (Axis C)

• The headstock is built in torque motor and rotatable spindle.
• The torque motor is connected with CNC system to realize automatic switching of speed in grinding process.

(5) Tailstock

• The travel of the tailstock is controlled by hydraulic pressure, and the hydraulic tightening pressure can be adjusted.

(6) Wheel dresser

• By diamond wheel.

(7) Measuring system

• Angle positioning and end face positioning setting device T25.

(8) Coolant system

• Independent coolant tank.
• A cooling water tank with a magnetic separator and a paper filter is equipped with a filtration accuracy of less than 20 u m, which fully meets the need for continuous grinding in high efficiency grinding and further guarantees the grinding quality.
• The water tank volume is more than 500L, workpiece cooling: flow 50L/Min, lift 18m, rinse: flow 50L/Min, lift 5m.
• Water cooler equipped.

(9) Cover

• Full cover.
• Set up a protective device with built-in motion parts to prevent grinding fluid and abrasive particles from entering.
• The front door has safety switch and interlock protection to ensure the safety of the operator.
• Air mist absorbing device equipped.

(10) Electric system

• SIEMENS 840Dsl system.
• The CNC system is equipped with hanging hand pulse, built-in PLC, equipped with 10.4 ‘LED color display.
• The machine adopts independent electric cabinet, equipped with internal lighting lamp, and electric cabinet is equipped with tricolor alarm lamp.
• The electric cabinet is equipped with a dehumidification and refrigeration device.
• Main electrical components are well-known brand products.
• Suspension type control box, use the centralized operation control panel, all the operating elements and CNC system are concentrated on this, the panel is equipped with working state indicator lamp, display instrument and necessary operation button and selection switch.
• The wheelhead feed system is equipped with no idle and anti-collision devices.
• The automatic balancing device for grinding wheels.
• Each circuit of the machine tool is equipped with a short-circuit protection device and an overload and overheating protection device.

(11) Hydraulic, lubrication, pneumatic system

• Hydraulic system adopts independent oil tank comprehensive layout design.
• The hydraulic oil tank has the alarm function of oil pressure, blockage of filter element and low oil level.
• The main shaft motor of the grinding wheel is cooled, and the alarm functions such as temperature control, blockage of filter elements and low oil level are arranged.
• Grinding wheel liner plate linear motor, equipped with temperature control.
• The centralized lubricating system can be used to adjust the lubricating oil flow rate of the lubricating parts separately.
• The pneumatic system and gas source are connected with gas source and have automatic drainage function.
