VMC1050
VMC1050 vertical machining center is a kind of large and medium size, high efficiency line rail machining machine. FANUC control system is used as standard. It can complete milling, boring, drilling, reaming, tapping and other processes. If the CNC turntable is selected, it can be expanded to four-axis control to realize multi-faceted machining, and is widely used in high-speed precision machining of typical parts such as automobiles, military industry, aerospace, instruments, and complex profile machining.
Machine Structure
- The layout of the cross-shaped saddle table is compact in structure. The large parts of the machine tool adopt a closed frame structure with thick ribs, which has high rigidity and resistance.
- Good vibration performance, the base, column, spindle box, cross slide, workbench and other basic parts are all made of high-strength cast iron, and the structure is stable; the reasonable structure and the matching of reinforcing ribs ensure the high rigidity of the basic parts,wide and solid The advanced machine base, box cavity column, and cross slide table with full load support can ensure the heavy load capacity during processing, the ball screw and the servo motor are directly connected by a flexible coupling, which has high efficiency and small backlash.
- Vertical spindle structure, a complete set of imported spindle group, can maintain stability no matter in high-speed or low-speed milling and drilling, ensuring the best machining accuracy.
- The standard configuration is fully digital AC servo system, the spindle and three-axis servo are the same as the CNC control system. The main transmission adopts servo spindle motor and synchronous toothed belt transmission, and the transmission noise is low. Strong adaptability to various parts processing.
Main Features
- The Y-axistravel is up to 500mm, which is suitable for the processing of wider parts.
- The casting structure has undergone machine tool dynamics analysis and finite element analysis to make its geometric structure more reasonable. Coupled with the proper matching with the reinforcing ribs, the high rigidity of the base parts is ensured.
- Imported pentahedron machining centers are used for rough and fine milling of large parts, while the line rail installation surface is finely ground by imported WARLDRICH precision guide rail grinders.
- Up to 8000rpm imported high-performance spindle group, optional spindle oil cooling device to control the temperature rise of the spindle and improve cutting accuracy.
- X, Y, Z-axis are supported by Taiwan HIWINlinear rolling guide rails to ensure the positioning accuracy of the three axis.
- The fully enclosed protective cover is firm, beautiful, safe and protects the environment.
- The main purchased parts are all imported or brand-name manufacturers to ensure product reliability and precision retention.
