E Type

This equipment is mainly used for machining parts with arrayed holes on flat surfaces, as well as various inclined surfaces, curved surfaces, deep micro-holes and other features that are difficult to process by conventional machining methods. It is applicable for drilling blind holes and through holes in various conductive materials such as steel, aluminum, copper, castings, alloys, titanium alloys and conductive ceramics.

Basic Structure: Composed of the main machine, CNC pulse power control cabinet and working fluid system.

Main Machine: Consists of the bed, column, X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis and manual W-axis.

CNC Pulse Power Control Cabinet: Composed of an industrial control computer, CNC system, liquid crystal display, servo drive, machine tool electrical components and high-efficiency discharge pulse power supply.
